Our goal is to increase the quality and availability of neighborhood facilities. We finance the construction and renovation of community facilities including, but not limited to, recreation centers; day care, health care, and senior centers; homeless shelters; as well as transitional housing.

By providing loans up to $1,000,000 to finance acquisition, predevelopment, infrastructure, construction, rehabilitation, and permanent financing development costs, we revitalize neighborhoods and support community engagement.

South Carolina Community Loan Fund is a re-lender for the USDA Community Facilities Relending Program. This means additional financing options are available for organizations in rural communities who would like to finance projects like schools, healthcare facilities, government buildings, equipment, and more.
