Our goal is to create access to healthy food enterprises and essential services. We finance the construction and renovation of retail and wholesale outlets including, but not limited to, grocery stores, corner stores, farmer’s markets, food hubs, and mobile markets selling healthy food.

By providing loans up to $1,000,000 to finance acquisition, predevelopment, infrastructure, construction, renovation, leasehold improvements, machinery and equipment, working capital, and permanent financing business costs, we improve the availability and diversity of healthy food in underserved communities.

Special financing conditions are available for qualifying healthy food retail loans. Contact us at borrow@sccommunityloanfund.org to be connected to a SCCLF loan officer in your area.
