Charleston Tri-County Region Housing Blueprint: SCCLF created the 2014 Tri-County Region Housing Blueprint in partnership with Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and the Riley Center for Livable Communities at the College to determine what underlying issues surrounding housing in the Charleston region were causing its consistent low rankings. The key issues/questions addressed in the blueprint are: Density, Cost, Transportation, and Construction.  Similarly to the economic scorecard, each of these areas is then broken down into key points or indicators. Download the 2014 Housing Blueprint.

SC Food Access Report: The SC Food Access Task Force is a multi-disciplinary collaboration of public, private, and government organizations including public health, agriculture, grocery industry, transportation, planning, economic development, community development, education, civil rights, faith, and youth advocacy groups focusing on food deserts throughout the state of South Carolina. The task force released an initial report on food access in South Carolina in October of 2014 and is publishing a report update in 2016. Download the SC Food Access Report.  Download the SC Food Access Report Update.
