2012 has been an amazing year for CLF: we have expanded our focus to include healthy food, community business, and community facility lending in addition to affordable housing; secured $2.1M in funding from financial institutions, government agencies, local municipalities, corporations, and individuals; and committed $3.8M in loans for community development projects, financing 168 units of affordable housing, one community facility, one healthy food retail outlet, two community businesses, and creating 544 jobs.
