Thomas is a commercial lender and assistant vice president with South Carolina Bank and Trust in Charleston. Prior to joining the board, Thomas served on CLF’s loan review committee.
Zach Bearden, Mashburn Construction Company, Inc.
Zach is the director of business development for Mashburn Construction Company, located in Charleston. He is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities for clients through the state.
Ashley Heggie, Greystar
Ashley is a managing director of Greystar, a multi-family real estate company. He is responsible for the sourcing, capitalizing, permitting and execution of Greystar-owned development projects across the Southeast. Prior to joining the board, Ashley served on CLF’s loan review committee.
Robert Johnston, The InterTech Group, Inc.
Robert is executive vice president and chief strategy officer for The InterTech Group, Inc. He is responsible for merger and acquisition activities, investments and communications, as well as oversight of a number of InterTech Group operating companies.
Montez Martin, Retired, Charleston County Housing Authority
Montez is the president of the Lowcountry Housing and Economic Development Foundation, an organization dedicated to developing housing and providing economic development opportunities for families living along the coast of South Carolina.
Susan Watts, MeadWestvaco
Susan is the vice president of real estate development/East Edisto for Mead Westvaco Community Development and Land Management. She is responsible for all aspects of the master plan and development of East Edisto.
Pamela Williams, Santee Cooper
Pamela is the vice president, administration and corporate secretary for Santee Cooper.
