Homeownership Preservation Workshop
Renaissance Charleston Historic District Hotel (68 Wentworth Street)
April 12, 2014
8:00 am – 5:00 pm

As winter thaws, the spring housing market is expected to arrive with plenty of optimism for homeownership. According to preliminary data released by the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® for the 12-month period of March 2013 to February 2014, sales in the Charleston area were up 18% percent overall. While these positive market trends are encouraging, the reality is that many existing homeowners continue to face real challenges and are in real danger of losing their home.

On Saturday April 12, 2014, a special Homeownership Preservation Workshop will be held to provide real help and real options to financially challenged homeowners facing mortgage foreclosure. Housing counseling specialists will be available to negotiate mortgage modifications and offer financial assistance, and participants will receive private, one-on-one counseling from loan servicer representatives.

Program Partners:
Wells Fargo: Representatives will be on hand to offer same-day mortgage modifications, and Home Preservation Specialists will privately discuss individuals’ financial concerns and options.

SC Help: Housing counselors will discuss foreclosure prevention programs and financial assistance options available through the State of South Carolina.

Charleston County Human Services Commission: Counselors will be on hand to discuss financial assistance eligibility.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to avoid foreclosure. To get the personal answers you need, register today at www.PASTORSinc.com or call (843) 225-4343.

This workshop is being sponsored by P.A.S.T.O.R.S., Inc., Wells Fargo, the City of Charleston, and Charleston County.
