Are you new to the world of housing development? Do you own land that you want to develop but don’t know where to start? CLF’s New Developer Training Course will provide you with answers you need to make your first development project a success.
Designed for individuals who have no experience developing property, this workshop will offer information on project start-up, hiring architects and contractors, potential funding sources, and property management.
Registration is $80 and includes a copy of the Developer’s Handbook, a resource guide that includes information on local partners, housing programs, and regional jurisdictions.
