01. Tell us what you do here at SCCLF.
In my role as Lending Director I am responsible for the management, oversight & organization of our lending activities across the state. I provide support for the awesome lending team and ensure that we are staying true to our mission of providing equitable access to capital.
02. What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is meeting with clients across the state. I have the pleasure of visiting with so many people and hearing their great ideas to drive development and create opportunities in their respective communities. Their collective passion is infectious and they are the lifeblood behind the work we do at SCCLF. It is always exciting to share in their joys and applaud their successes as I watch their projects grow and develop. Nothing that I have done in my career has ever been as meaningful or fulfilling and I wake up every day excited and thankful for the opportunity to continue down this path.
03. What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
When I’m not at work I enjoy following politics, professional wrestling, occasionally writing poetry and cheering on the Gamecocks Women’s Basketball Team.
04. What is something you’re looking forward to, either personally or professionally?
Professionally, I am looking forward to doing all I can to help SCCLF become a revered and well-recognized name in Community Economic Development across the country. Personally, I am looking forward to one day attending WrestleMania.
05. Is there anything you want people to know, either about you or about SCCLF?
I would like people to know that the SCCLF team is passionate about doing our part to contribute to South Carolina continuing to be a great place to live, work & play.
