As a USDA Community Facilities Relender, SCCLF can work with your organization to finance your rural community facility. We have demonstrated experience in rural development and can support your organization with the technical assistance to help you navigate the USDA Community Facilities financing process.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A USDA LOAN?
Public entities (like local governments or school districts) and nonprofits are eligible to apply, provided they meet the USDA's criteria. Use the USDA's Eligibility Map here.
These projects are examples of community facilities eligible for USDA financing: schools, health clinics, and government services buildings.
