A year of community investment.
In 2024, we celebrated twenty years of community lending across South Carolina. That milestone gave us a chance to pause and reflect on two decades of relationships built, businesses supported, and neighborhoods strengthened one loan at a time. As we moved into 2025, that same spirit carried forward.
Last year, it meant capital reaching small businesses across the Lowcountry, Midlands, and Upstate, from direct lending that helped entrepreneurs open doors and grow, to tools like New Markets Tax Credits that brought larger-scale investment into communities that need it most. It meant standing alongside developers navigating the complex landscape of housing finance, understanding that behind every project is the potential to transform lives and strengthen communities. And it meant sitting with the organizations and communities we’ve come to know well over the years, listening first, then building together.
None of this happens alone. Every loan and every partnership reflects the trust placed in us, trust we’ve worked two decades to earn and hope to keep earning for many more. We’re glad to share what that trust made possible this year, and we invite you to explore the story below.
