Rodrigo Vela Rivera, Interim Chief Financial Officer
Rodrigo Vela serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer, directing all financial operations to maximize community impact while maintaining strict fiscal sustainability. Bridging traditional corporate finance and mission driven community development, he will strengthen the financial foundation that allows SCCLF to lend, invest, and grow. Darrell Booker, Director of Lending
Darrell Booker serves as Director of Lending, drawing on broad experience in small business lending, strategic partnerships, and regional economic growth. Skilled at navigating complex regulatory environments and connecting financial institutions, government, and business owners, he will help small businesses access the capital they need to grow. Donna Coaxum, Director of Operations
Donna Coaxum serves as Director of Operations, bringing a results driven approach and a proven record of strengthening organizational performance and strategic execution. Focused on sharpening internal processes, building operational readiness, and supporting scalable growth, she will help SCCLF serve more communities effectively. Michael Renault, Director of Tax Credits and Housing
Michael Renault serves as Director of Tax Credits and Housing, overseeing the New Markets Tax Credit and Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs along with the existing portfolio. Turning complex financing tools into real homes and opportunities, he will expand access to capital and affordable housing across South Carolina.
