Greg Perry is a native of North Charleston, South Carolina. He has spent his life striving to be for others what he would hope someone would be for him if faced with similar circumstances. This commitment to service has become a defining part of who he is today.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Higher Education, and graduate coursework toward an MBA. His professional experience includes working as a middle school educator and teaching marketing at the college level.

Since 2022, Greg has served as Program and Partnership Manager at the South Carolina Community Loan Fund, where he supports entrepreneurs and small business owners through business education, technical assistance, strategic partnerships, and access to resources that help strengthen and grow their businesses. He also manages an affordable housing fund, helping expand access to safe, quality, and affordable housing opportunities across South Carolina.

In addition to his professional work, Greg has served as a mentor, youth basketball coach, and advocate for young people in his community. Through his leadership and service, he remains committed to expanding opportunities, supporting economic development, and creating lasting impact for individuals, families, and communities throughout South Carolina.
