Madison joins SCCLF with over 12 years of progressive operations experience in small business, data analysis, and compliance. She is a versatile professional known for supporting organizational strategy, coordinating complex projects, and fostering collaboration across teams. Madison brings a strong track record of driving process improvements, managing competing priorities, and supporting executive-level planning and decision-making. She is passionate about using data to inform business objectives and communicate the impact of our work in the community as we pursue our mission.

A lifelong Charleston resident, Madison has a deep appreciation for the city’s southern hospitality, charm, and historic architecture. Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, baking and exploring new recipes, and sharing meals—especially southern comfort food—with family and friends. She also loves tabletop games, hot tea, and listening to nostalgic playlists of 90s and Y2K music.
