Ashley Gilliard serves as Staff Accountant for SC Community Loan Fund, where she plays a key role in helping the organization interpret financial data to make informed decisions that benefit both the organization and the communities it serves. With over 10 years of accounting experience, Ashley has worked with a wide range of clients—from small startups to established companies, ensuring their financial records are accurate, compliant, and easy to manage.

She is passionate about transforming complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. Ashley believes that accounting goes beyond numbers; it is about building trust and empowering individuals and organizations to feel confident in their financial future.
Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys exploring the city of Charleston, relaxing on its beautiful beaches, thrift shopping, and traveling with family and friends. A Charleston native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from University of South Carolina and her MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Strayer University.

As a team member of SCCLF, Ashley is eager to continue expanding her expertise in nonprofit lending and community development, further supporting the organization’s mission.
