Donna Coaxum is a results-driven operations leader with a proven track record of strengthening organizational performance and advancing strategic execution. She has led initiatives supporting approximately $3.5 million in monthly revenue, driving process improvements, operational readiness, and scalable growth.

Donna is recognized for building high-performing teams, leading cross-functional initiatives, and increasing workforce engagement to deliver measurable results. During her time at Expeditors International, she gained global experience and led a team in San Juan, Puerto Rico to achieve a first-time milestone of $1 million in monthly revenue, earning recognition as a Top 1% performer among 19,000+ employees worldwide.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Newberry College and multiple certifications in leadership, project management, business development, and is a Level 1 Certified Trainer.

Donna currently serves as the Director of Operations for South Carolina Community Loan Fund, where she oversees operations and supports the organization’s mission to expand economic opportunity across the state.
